Vyacheslav "Slava" Lukin

My primary scientific interests lie in understanding the physics of magnetized plasmas, the mathematical properties of the equations used to describe the behavior of such plasmas, and ever evolving ways to accurately and efficiently model the complex dynamics of magnetized plasmas in astrophysical and laboratory environments.  I have been the lead developer and curator of the open-source HiFi multi-fluid modeling framework since its inception.
